Lead the end-to-end implementation of payroll and award interpretation systems through configuration, data migration, testing, stakeholder engagement, training, risk management, and go-live support. Ensure payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and correct interpretation of Australian and New Zealand legislation, enterprise agreements, collective agreements, and awards. Coordinate internal, external, and global stakeholders while managing timelines, resources, change, communications, and post-launch support. This is a contract role ending December 31, 2027.

Lead alignment of visual merchandising (VM) with commercial plans to optimize in-store presentation and sales. Act as operational bridge between VM and commercial teams, drive execution, train VM teams, coordinate in-store materials, analyze sales/KPIs, and ensure consistent implementation of brand visual standards across stores.

Lead owned media (email, app push, SMS/WhatsApp) and CRM planning; build automated journeys via MAP; use customer data and segmentation for personalization and growth; align owned activity with paid/earned campaigns, support SEO and loyalty activations, and coordinate cross‑functional campaign execution.
