Coordinates HR administration and payroll for employee onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, payroll adjustments, time and attendance verification, reconciliations, compliance reporting, workers’ compensation, and HR projects. The role maintains employee records, supports managers and stores, administers HR policies and employment documentation, manages payroll vendors, and collaborates with HR, accounting, and payroll stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

Leads accounting operations and financial reporting for Australia and New Zealand, including month-end and statutory accounts, tax reporting, controls, cash flow, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Oversees accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, leasing, and shared-service operations while managing two direct reports. Partners with regional stakeholders to provide financial insights, support compliance and business decisions, and drive process improvements.

Lead alignment of visual merchandising (VM) with commercial plans to optimize in-store presentation and sales. Act as operational bridge between VM and commercial teams, drive execution, train VM teams, coordinate in-store materials, analyze sales/KPIs, and ensure consistent implementation of brand visual standards across stores.
