Lead store Order Fulfillment and receiving workflows, enforce SOPs and safety, perform Manager-on-Duty duties, coach and develop associates, support recruiting and performance management, audit quality and inbound freight, and implement shrink and merchandising action plans to ensure operational excellence and a strong customer experience.

Provide international trade and import regulatory counseling, support supply chain/logistics contract drafting and negotiation, manage anti-bribery/FCPA compliance and investigations, assist Associate GC, and manage outside counsel and service providers. Also advise on diverse corporate legal matters and support related compliance audits and reviews.

Lead and grow product management teams to define strategy, prioritize and deliver enterprise product portfolios that drive sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Guide product vision, metrics, vendor relationships, cross-functional delivery, and mentor product managers while promoting modern agile/XP practices and continuous improvement.
