Designs end-to-end user experiences for retail products by identifying customer needs, creating UX artifacts and prototypes, conducting usability testing, synthesizing research and data, and collaborating with product, engineering, research, and business teams. Communicates design decisions, advocates for users, supports product strategy, and iteratively improves product usability in an agile environment.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Develops financial models, evaluates investments and capital allocation initiatives, and delivers actionable insights to senior business leaders. Collaborates cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders to explain financial performance, assess risks, and support strategic decisions. Creates visual presentations and performs scenario-based analysis to identify trends and business impacts.

Leads strategy, scope, discovery, and roadmap alignment across multiple product teams and domains. Partners with technology, UX, engineering, program, and executive stakeholders to define priorities, sequence work, manage dependencies, drive change, and deliver business value. Represents the portfolio during enterprise planning, resolves impediments, communicates complex concepts, and ensures product decisions align with company, stakeholder, and customer needs.
