Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team delivering Windows and web-based building automation products. Drive technical vision, architecture, product delivery, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, process improvements, and timely resolution of production/customer issues.

Lead development of program control plans, baselines, and KPIs for large multi-site projects. Analyze cost/schedule performance using EVM, prepare financial metrics and reports, manage forecasting, change, risk and EAC, ensure SOX/GPMO compliance, and mentor team members to improve program performance.

Develop and maintain project/program schedules and resource plans using MS Project/P6/PMIS. Perform schedule analytics, EVM (CPI, SPI), risk assessments, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with GPMO and SOX, support change and risk management, and communicate findings to drive program performance improvements.

Design, develop, and deliver next-generation software for Honeywell's industrial automation systems. Work across the SDLC on real-time, distributed, and AI-enabled control solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, perform code reviews and QA, and support global R&D integrations and product introductions for industries like Oil & Gas, LNG, and Mining.

Lead design and delivery of integrated building automation solutions across BMS, SCADA, and third-party systems. Architect interfaces and middleware using protocols and APIs, develop data transformation and scripting, integrate HVAC, power, security and IoT systems, support testing/commissioning/FAT-SAT, produce technical documentation, and provide technical leadership and stakeholder management across complex OT/IT environments.
