Lead business development for Honeywell Building Automation within the Defence sector across Australia and New Zealand. Identify and pursue new opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent Honeywell at industry events. Use market intelligence to shape strategy and meet sales targets while supporting complex, high-value bids and channel models.

Lead and grow a high-performing software engineering team to deliver building automation and video surveillance products. Drive technical vision, architecture, roadmap, cross-functional delivery, process improvements, and incident escalation while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product to meet customer and business goals.

Lead development of program control plans, baselines, and KPIs for large multi-site projects. Analyze cost/schedule performance using EVM, prepare financial metrics and reports, manage forecasting, change, risk and EAC, ensure SOX/GPMO compliance, and mentor team members to improve program performance.

Develop and maintain project/program schedules and resource plans using MS Project/P6/PMIS. Perform schedule analytics, EVM (CPI, SPI), risk assessments, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with GPMO and SOX, support change and risk management, and communicate findings to drive program performance improvements.

Design, develop, and deliver next-generation software for Honeywell's industrial automation systems. Work across the SDLC on real-time, distributed, and AI-enabled control solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, perform code reviews and QA, and support global R&D integrations and product introductions for industries like Oil & Gas, LNG, and Mining.
