Participate in end-to-end UX design, from discovery through launch, for scalable desktop and mobile applications. Create user flows, sketches, prototypes, and interfaces; document functional requirements, design rationale, and decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate ideas, and develop technical and leadership skills through Honeywell’s two-year graduate program.

Lead engineering delivery across multiple Building Management System projects, coordinating technical resources, priorities, and deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentoring, manage technical risks, scope, customer expectations, quality, compliance, and safety, and partner with project managers to achieve successful outcomes across commercial, healthcare, defense, transport, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Deliver BMS projects from design through commissioning and handover across commercial, healthcare, data centre, transport, defence, and critical environments. Develop control strategies, software configurations, and technical documentation; conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning; collaborate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and field teams; ensure quality and safety compliance; and support customer acceptance and project closeout.
