Leads consultative software sales across Australia, New Zealand, and PNG for Honeywell’s industrial solutions portfolio. Develops digital transformation roadmaps, leads customer workshops and proof-of-value engagements, builds executive relationships, translates operational challenges into quantified business cases, and supports complex enterprise pursuits. Partners with product, delivery, cybersecurity, marketing, and sales teams while managing regional pipeline, forecasting, market feedback, and strategic opportunities.

Leads enterprise sales growth for Honeywell’s OT cybersecurity solutions across Australia. Develops customer strategies, acquires new accounts, expands existing relationships, leads proof-of-concept sales motions, advises executives on cyber risk mitigation, negotiates complex deals, forecasts revenue, and achieves operating plan targets. Requires strong OT cybersecurity knowledge, enterprise software and security sales experience, executive engagement, consultative selling, and willingness to travel nationally.

Develops and maintains project and program schedules, resource plans, cost and schedule baselines, milestones, forecasts, and performance reports. Performs schedule analytics, risk assessments, earned value analysis, variance analysis, and corrective-action recommendations. Supports project reviews, customer submissions, change and risk management, financial reporting, and compliance with corporate, GPMO, contract, and SOX requirements. Partners with internal and external project teams and customers to improve program performance.
