Opportunity for experienced underwriters to establish or join insurance underwriting agencies through shared-equity models. Candidates may develop new underwriting agencies or classes of business, leverage insurance market relationships or specialized underwriting expertise, and receive financial backing, technology, mentorship, and network support. The opportunity focuses on commercial lines insurance and entrepreneurial growth.

Lead the creation and growth of a new workers compensation consulting division. Provide strategic client advice on premium optimization, claims strategy, injury management, cost containment, audits, compliance, and risk exposure. Establish processes and service frameworks across jurisdictions, manage senior client relationships, drive business development, and recruit and mentor a growing team. The role combines technical workers compensation expertise, leadership, commercial strategy, and hands-on consulting delivery.

Manage a plaintiff-focused workers compensation practice, including statutory claims, PIC disputes, IRO funding applications, work injury damages, and public liability matters. Responsibilities include independently managing files from instruction through resolution, gathering evidence, briefing experts and counsel, negotiating settlements, attending mediations and conferences, and advising injured clients. The role is based in Parramatta and offers direct access to firm principals with opportunities to grow the practice.
