Lead HCF’s content strategy across digital and traditional channels, developing editorial, social, video, article, and integrated campaign content. Manage content programs from concept through delivery, collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners, and use performance data to optimize outcomes. The role also involves stakeholder management, senior leadership engagement, project coordination, and mentoring team members in a complex or regulated environment.

Deliver customer retention initiatives across digital, operational, communications, and frontline channels. Translate customer insights, retention strategies, and performance data into action plans; coordinate implementation, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and identify improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve member engagement and reduce churn while incorporating customer and frontline feedback into future strategies.

Lead business and technical analysis for an enterprise consent management transformation. Define requirements, workflows, data flows, integrations, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk and compliance, and system integrators across the full delivery lifecycle. Manage backlogs, clarify requirements, validate solutions, support testing, and resolve defects in a highly regulated insurance environment.

Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, privacy, consumer and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review customer-facing materials, manage legal risk and external providers, support governance and compliance, deliver legal training, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across the HCF Group.

Support APRA/ASIC regulatory obligations and maintain compliance framework. Manage regulatory affairs, incident triage/escalation, policy and training, root-cause analysis and remediation while providing practical guidance across teams.

Provide high-quality endodontic care including diagnosis and management of complex root canal cases, using dental operating microscopes and digital radiography. Manage pain and trauma, educate patients on treatment and post-op care, maintain accurate records, uphold infection-control standards, and collaborate with general dentists and specialists. 16 hours/week across two weekdays, based at HCF Dental Centre in Sydney CBD.

Provide data insights and self-serve visualisations using Tableau and SQL, consult with business stakeholders, integrate digital data and CDPs, build segmentation and campaign reporting, validate and profile data, set up monitoring, and support BAU and ad-hoc analytics to improve decision-making and data literacy.

Provide practical, commercial employment and workplace relations legal advice across the organisation, manage disputes and Fair Work matters, support restructures, acquisitions and major people initiatives, develop governance and compliance solutions, manage external providers and legal spend, and build legal capability across the business.

Manage patient bookings, handle incoming calls and payments, support clinicians and Practice Manager, maintain clinical safety and compliance with HCF dental policies, and provide courteous patient-facing service.
