Leads HCF’s enterprise retention strategy and roadmap, driving data-led initiatives to improve member retention, loyalty, gross margin, and net growth. Oversees predictive modelling, lifetime value frameworks, personalised engagement, forecasting, governance, and executive reporting. Partners with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Data, Digital, Operations, and Member Experience while leading a high-performing cross-functional team.

Manages operational risk and resilience across the COO Group. The role advises stakeholders, challenges risk decisions, assesses controls, maintains risk registers, manages incidents and remediation, evaluates service-provider risks, and supports project and change risk management. It analyzes risk and resilience data and prepares reporting for senior leaders, governance committees and Board forums. The position also supports regulatory, audit, business continuity and CPS 230 obligations.

Make outbound calls to prospective members to promote HCF products and services, manage acquisition leads and campaigns, complete membership applications, maintain accurate records, meet sales and compliance targets, respond to enquiries, and collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.

Support APRA/ASIC regulatory obligations and maintain compliance framework. Manage regulatory affairs, incident triage/escalation, policy and training, root-cause analysis and remediation while providing practical guidance across teams.

Monitor and manage real-time contact centre performance, create and maintain rosters/schedules, forecast demand and variances, handle intraday staffing and unplanned leave, produce workforce reports and insights, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in workforce planning processes.

Provide high-quality endodontic care including diagnosis and management of complex root canal cases, using dental operating microscopes and digital radiography. Manage pain and trauma, educate patients on treatment and post-op care, maintain accurate records, uphold infection-control standards, and collaborate with general dentists and specialists. 16 hours/week across two weekdays, based at HCF Dental Centre in Sydney CBD.

Provide data insights and self-serve visualisations using Tableau and SQL, consult with business stakeholders, integrate digital data and CDPs, build segmentation and campaign reporting, validate and profile data, set up monitoring, and support BAU and ad-hoc analytics to improve decision-making and data literacy.

Provide courteous, patient-focused front-desk support at a Bondi dental centre. Manage bookings, handle phone enquiries, raise accounts and receipts, maintain clinical safety and compliance, and support the Practice Manager and dentists to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Translate complex digital and marketing data into actionable insights to drive member growth, engagement and retention. Analyse web and marketing performance, identify trends and optimisation opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Retention, Loyalty and Digital teams, using SQL, Adobe/Google Analytics, Tableau and enterprise data warehouses to influence strategy and day-to-day decisions.

Provide practical, commercial employment and workplace relations legal advice across the organisation, manage disputes and Fair Work matters, support restructures, acquisitions and major people initiatives, develop governance and compliance solutions, manage external providers and legal spend, and build legal capability across the business.

Manage patient bookings, handle incoming calls and payments, support clinicians and Practice Manager, maintain clinical safety and compliance with HCF dental policies, and provide courteous patient-facing service.

Lead and develop a team of Partnerships Specialists to execute HCF's national sponsorship strategy. Manage high-profile partner relationships, develop integrated campaigns and activations, negotiate contracts, own budgets and performance reporting, identify growth opportunities, and embed partnership best practice across the organisation to deliver commercial, brand and community impact.
