Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for HCF's Life Insurance and diversified products. Collaborate with Brand, Media, Digital, Member Marketing and Product teams to drive awareness, consideration and acquisition across paid and owned channels, using data and testing to optimise performance.

Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps, design and deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programs, develop eLearning and LMS content, evaluate program effectiveness, coach training consultants, manage vendors, and drive a continuous learning culture to improve organisational performance.

Lead development and delivery of employee communications to align staff with HCF's 2030 strategy and social mission. Manage organisation-wide channels, campaigns, stakeholder and senior leader engagement, crisis response, measurement using data, and coordination of social impact partnerships and steering committees while ensuring regulatory and WHS compliance.

Manage real-time contact centre performance, create and maintain rosters, forecast staffing needs, handle intraday adjustments, produce workforce reports, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in workforce planning processes.

Provide high-quality endodontic care including diagnosis and management of complex root canal cases, using dental operating microscopes and digital radiography. Manage pain and trauma, educate patients on treatment and post-op care, maintain accurate records, uphold infection-control standards, and collaborate with general dentists and specialists. 16 hours/week across two weekdays, based at HCF Dental Centre in Sydney CBD.

Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, privacy, consumer and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review customer-facing materials, manage legal risk and external providers, support governance and compliance, deliver legal training, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across the HCF Group.

Provide courteous, patient-focused front-desk support at a Bondi dental centre. Manage bookings, handle phone enquiries, raise accounts and receipts, maintain clinical safety and compliance, and support the Practice Manager and dentists to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Provide phone-based member support across the membership lifecycle: process membership changes, payments, suspensions, refunds and cancellations; maintain accurate member data; investigate and resolve discrepancies; support payment reconciliation, system testing, training and continuous improvement; collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Translate complex digital and marketing data into actionable insights to drive member growth, engagement and retention. Analyse web and marketing performance, identify trends and optimisation opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Retention, Loyalty and Digital teams, using SQL, Adobe/Google Analytics, Tableau and enterprise data warehouses to influence strategy and day-to-day decisions.
