Manage content programs from concept through delivery, collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners, and use performance data to optimize outcomes. The role also involves stakeholder management, senior leadership engagement, project coordination, and mentoring team members in a complex or regulated environment.

Deliver customer retention initiatives across digital, operational, communications, and frontline channels. Translate customer insights, retention strategies, and performance data into action plans; coordinate implementation, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and identify improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve member engagement and reduce churn while incorporating customer and frontline feedback into future strategies.

Lead business and technical analysis for an enterprise consent management transformation. Define requirements, workflows, data flows, integrations, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk and compliance, and system integrators across the full delivery lifecycle. Manage backlogs, clarify requirements, validate solutions, support testing, and resolve defects in a highly regulated insurance environment.
