Coordinate acquisition integrations and strategic projects across multiple functions. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, roadmaps, milestones, RAID registers, dashboards, executive reporting, and governance processes; tracking risks, dependencies, financial performance, and synergy realization; supporting Day 1 readiness, post-acquisition transitions, process improvements, change communications, and stakeholder alignment.

Provides high-level executive support to a Chief Underwriting Officer, coordinating schedules, priorities, projects, carrier engagement, reporting, presentations, and workplace initiatives. The role requires managing competing priorities, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating complex information clearly, and working independently with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
