Teams at Hume City Council

Provides project, contract, governance, and administrative support for a federally funded urban precincts program. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones and deliverables, monitoring budgets and obligations, maintaining project systems and registers, preparing reports and briefings, coordinating meetings, and supporting procurement and contract administration. The role requires strong organisation, communication, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

Supports social planning and community health strategy development through research, data gathering, needs analysis, policy updates, program evaluation, benchmarking, and impact reporting. The role contributes to government submissions, annual business planning, and evidence-based initiatives while building relationships with community members and partner organizations. It also leads data collection, evaluation activities, and analysis to improve service delivery and address social justice and community health issues.

Coordinates rural sustainability programs, grants, rebates, property assessments, audits, and funding processes. Promotes programs to rural landholders, organizes field days and environmental events, supports land and biodiversity initiatives, evaluates tenders, and assists with contractor induction. The role requires knowledge of sustainable rural land management, biodiversity, local flora and fauna, weed identification, stakeholder engagement, and program administration.
