Owns the end-to-end performance, strategy, P&L, growth, partnerships, risk, compliance, and regulatory integrity of the Cards business. Leads white-label and co-branded card programs, strategic partner negotiations, customer remediation, portfolio performance, product roadmaps, governance, and a high-performing leadership team. Collaborates across Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Operations to deliver sustainable, compliant customer and commercial outcomes.

The Senior Compliance Manager investigates and manages compliance, privacy, and regulatory incidents; conducts monitoring, thematic reviews, and investigations; supports remediation and assurance activities; maintains risk and compliance registers; prepares governance reporting; identifies control weaknesses and emerging risks; and advises stakeholders on Australian consumer credit regulations.

Supports strategic and operational finance for Australian consumer businesses through portfolio optimization, FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, reporting, and business partnering. Develops business cases for products and market expansion, advises senior leaders on portfolio economics and capital allocation, improves dashboards and processes, and drives month-end and management reporting. Collaborates with treasury and cross-functional teams to identify growth, profitability, and efficiency opportunities.
