Ten-month leadership development program for recent graduates including onboarding, global induction, five-month cross-functional rotations (Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service), leadership training, a four-month individual project with capstone presentation, mentorship, and placement into a full-time role in Sales, Operations, Product, or Functional areas.

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting; analyze sales, pricing and margin data to identify trends and opportunities; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders; support forecasting, Route to Market analytics, dealership network optimisation, and cross-functional initiatives; monitor KPIs and produce executive-ready reporting.

Support ANZ FP&A by preparing budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, financial models and dashboards. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and drivers to inform pricing, profitability and cost-improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder collaboration.
