Drive new business in Australia via outbound and inbound outreach, engaging MSPs by phone/email to qualify leads and book meetings for AEs. Execute high-volume calling (50+ calls/day), maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with sales management on targeting and messaging, and help improve processes and tools.

Identify and qualify net-new and inbound accounts in Australia, engage MSPs via calls and email, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM hygiene, and help improve sales processes and messaging.

Manage and grow a book of SaaS customers in APAC, driving renewals, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction while coordinating with reseller/VAR partners and internal teams to remove blockers and document CRM activity.

Provide first-line SOC support and act as intermediary between partners/customers and the SOC. Deliver phone/email/chat support, explain SOC actions, lead partner calls, troubleshoot product issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to knowledge-base content.
