Manage and scale a 24/7 Security Operations Center by defining processes, shift coverage, training, and playbooks. Drive analyst development in forensics, IR, malware analysis, detection engineering, and threat hunting. Coordinate with Product, Support, and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize new capabilities, maintain QA, report on OKRs, and contribute to public-facing engagements.

Drive new business in Australia via outbound and inbound outreach, engaging MSPs by phone/email to qualify leads and book meetings for AEs. Execute high-volume calling (50+ calls/day), maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with sales management on targeting and messaging, and help improve processes and tools.

Provide first-line, customer-facing technical support for Huntress products; troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, escalate incidents, follow up to resolution, update documentation, and continually learn product and environment specifics to maintain high CSAT.
