Supports the implementation and improvement of DUAL ANZ’s compliance framework, including monitoring, control testing, governance reporting, incident and breach management, financial crime compliance, regulatory change, third-party risk, and audit assurance. The role translates regulatory obligations into practical processes and controls, advises stakeholders, tracks remediation, and strengthens compliance maturity across the business.

Provide high-level executive support to a remotely based Chief Underwriting Officer on a 12-month contract. Coordinate executive activities, underwriting projects, carrier engagement, reporting, presentations, stakeholder communications, and workplace initiatives. Manage competing priorities, anticipate leadership needs, organize complex information, and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively with the executive assistant team.

Lead ANZ tax compliance and planning: manage tax returns and lodgements, liaise with ATO and external advisors, support transactions, restructures and transfer pricing, maintain tax governance, monitor law changes and advise CFOs and Group Tax Team.
