Supports insurance broking finance through IBA ledger maintenance, client and insurer reconciliations, trust account management, receipting, payments, refunds, claims processing, account validation, tax and duty lodgements, and data integrity. The role also assists with journals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and general finance activities while collaborating with brokers, finance teams, auditors, and credit control.

Supports the implementation and improvement of DUAL ANZ’s compliance framework, including monitoring, control testing, governance reporting, incident and breach management, financial crime compliance, regulatory change, third-party risk, and audit assurance. The role translates regulatory obligations into practical processes and controls, advises stakeholders, tracks remediation, and strengthens compliance maturity across the business.

Provide high-level executive support to a remotely based Chief Underwriting Officer on a 12-month contract. Coordinate executive activities, underwriting projects, carrier engagement, reporting, presentations, stakeholder communications, and workplace initiatives. Manage competing priorities, anticipate leadership needs, organize complex information, and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively with the executive assistant team.
