Provides on-site first- and second-line IT support across corporate and fulfillment-center environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, devices, networks, printers, audiovisual equipment, and access issues; managing tickets, assets, onboarding and offboarding; maintaining documentation; coordinating suppliers; and identifying service improvements. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on support skills across Windows, Apple, mobile, cloud productivity, identity, endpoint management, and warehouse technologies.

Supports women’s fashion merchandise planning through forecasting, WSSI management, performance analysis, reporting, inventory optimization, and strategic recommendations. Collaborates with Buying, Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and senior planning stakeholders to maximize sales and profit, manage risk, improve processes, and identify growth opportunities across categories and brands.

Leads merchandise planning for the men's accessories category, developing seasonal strategies, financial plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives. Monitors category and brand performance, protects margin, identifies opportunities, and recommends promotional activity. Partners with buyers, planning managers, senior leaders, brands, and suppliers while managing team workloads, developing direct reports, improving processes, and deputising for the Planning Manager.
