Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders across Australia and Asia, provide trusted talent advice, support executive recruitment, influence hiring strategies, and promote an inclusive, exceptional candidate experience.

Leads client, competitor, and market intelligence frameworks supporting investment research. Translates internal and external intelligence into actionable insights for client engagement, product strategy, and solution design. Collaborates with Global Client Solutions, Product Strategy and Innovation, and asset-class teams. The role requires expertise in institutional investor behavior, asset allocation, portfolio construction, private and public markets, client segmentation, consultant dynamics, product positioning, and market trends, along with strong qualitative synthesis, data visualization, and executive communication skills.
