Manage and grow agency and technology partner accounts across ANZ, driving referrals, pipeline, bookings, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and upgrades. Deliver partner onboarding, education, training, enablement, marketing initiatives, workshops, and business reviews. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Publisher Development teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving revenue targets.

Own client onboarding for new accounts by configuring and launching integrations, leading technical discovery, proposing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate implementation metrics. Manage client communications, training, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and issue escalation while partnering with Solutions Architects, Client Success, and internal teams. The role requires customer-centric technical communication, web technology knowledge, AI experience, and the ability to manage implementation projects on a SaaS platform.
