Lead forecasting, budgeting, projections, monthly P&L reporting, and financial analysis for Stryker’s Medical APAC division. Partner with commercial and regional leaders to evaluate investments, sales initiatives, profitability, and operational performance. Present financial results and recommendations, coordinate with accounting, compliance, tax, and risk functions, and deliver process improvement projects that strengthen reporting and finance operations.

Provide clinical and technical support during upper extremity surgeries, train hospital staff on Stryker products, and manage ongoing clinical support planning and administration. The role requires collaboration with surgeons and healthcare teams in high-pressure operating room environments, along with a relevant bachelor's degree, healthcare experience, and an unrestricted Australian driver's license. Operating theatre, medical device, clinician training, and anatomy experience are preferred.

Own and grow a neurosurgical medical device territory across North Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle. Drive sales and market share, build relationships with neurosurgeons and hospital stakeholders, provide clinical product support during procedures, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires B2B sales success, commercial acumen, data analysis, negotiation, presentation, communication, and experience developing financial solutions. Medical device and operating theatre experience are preferred.
