Generate and manage new sales opportunities among law firms, conveyancers, and property professionals. Build client relationships, drive product adoption, maintain CRM pipelines, conduct demonstrations and training, support onboarding, attend industry events, and provide market and competitor feedback. The role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets while supporting client engagement and ongoing usage of Lotsearch products.

Provide phone and email support for InfoTrack’s SaaS platform, resolve client issues, process property certificate orders, and maintain accurate records. Liaise with clients, councils, authorities, retailers, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and compliance. Troubleshoot issues, manage high call volumes, meet KPIs, maintain knowledge resources, and identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Supports growth and retention of existing SaaS clients through relationship management, account activation, product training, product promotion, and sales support. The role involves client communication by phone, email, and meetings; maintaining Salesforce records; identifying opportunities; assisting with proposals and campaigns; and contributing to reporting and process improvements. It is designed for an early-career candidate interested in account management, sales, or customer service, with structured coaching and training provided.

Administer HRIS and payroll processes, ensure employee data accuracy, produce HR reporting and BI dashboards, support payroll coordination, compliance reporting (WGEA), and provide general People & Culture administrative support and process improvements.

Operate and improve privacy and fraud management frameworks, perform PIAs and fraud risk assessments, triage incidents and investigations, review product changes for privacy/fraud risk, maintain governance documentation (eg Vanta), prepare compliance and accreditation evidence, and support security controls (ISM/IRAP) and stakeholder training.
