Build and own partner integrations across ingress and egress pipelines, including API authentication, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and AI-assisted ordering capabilities. Diagnose distributed production failures, write root-cause analyses, and improve monitoring and reliability. The role requires strong C#/.NET backend development, third-party API integration, REST design, relational databases, ORMs, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and clear asynchronous communication.

Manages and grows existing SaaS client relationships through retention, product adoption, training, webinars, and proactive communication. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitors usage and churn risks, conducts frequent outbound calls, and partners with internal teams to improve customer outcomes. Requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and sales skills, along with CRM experience.

Designs and executes comprehensive QA strategies across web, API, E2E, exploratory, and AI-based testing. Develops automated and BDD tests, extends test frameworks, evaluates AI-generated test outputs, monitors quality KPIs, performs root-cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve acceptance criteria, testing practices, CI/CD stability, and overall product quality.
