Supports growth and retention of existing SaaS clients through relationship management, account activation, product training, product promotion, and sales support. The role involves client communication by phone, email, and meetings; maintaining Salesforce records; identifying opportunities; assisting with proposals and campaigns; and contributing to reporting and process improvements. It is designed for an early-career candidate interested in account management, sales, or customer service, with structured coaching and training provided.

Support transactional accounting and month-end reporting: manage end-to-end accounts payable, banking and payments, corporate card and expense processing, vendor and bank reconciliations, payroll backup, journal entries, accruals, and maintain financial records and controls while improving processes and liaising with stakeholders.

Administer HRIS and payroll processes, ensure employee data accuracy, produce HR reporting and BI dashboards, support payroll coordination, compliance reporting (WGEA), and provide general People & Culture administrative support and process improvements.
