Maintain audit-ready governance and recovery evidence while driving automation, self-service, and continuous improvement across cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.

Provides transformation and organisational effectiveness consulting across Tribes and Programs. Diagnoses delivery challenges, develops roadmaps, improves ways of working, governance, change management, processes, tooling, and delivery maturity. Leads initiatives, coaches stakeholders, embeds sustainable practices, tracks benefits, and translates lessons learned into improved standards, templates, guidance, and learning programs.

Leads risk, governance, controls, and compliance across marketing campaigns, customer communications, journeys, and operational processes. Partners with marketing leaders and subject matter experts to advise on regulatory and customer-related risks, manage events and remediation, improve controls, and strengthen marketing operating models, martech governance, and channel-specific practices.

Support the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Act, APPs and GDPR. Provide privacy advice, manage data breaches, review PIAs and vendor arrangements, monitor controls, deliver training, and prepare leadership reporting to embed privacy-by-design across business units.

Serve as a trusted adviser to senior leaders to identify, assess, monitor and remediate non-financial, regulatory and compliance risks. Facilitate risk and control self-assessments, support product approvals and regulatory change, coordinate incident investigations and remediation, deliver training, and strengthen risk frameworks across the First, Second and Third Lines of Defence.
