The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, reporting insights, and enhancing partner relationships to drive business growth at ING.

Support origination and execution of leveraged and syndicated loan transactions: prepare pitchbooks and syndication materials, build financial models, perform credit and market analysis, prepare credit applications, manage due diligence and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Lead development and execution of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy; translate data into actionable initiatives; design employee experience and listening programs; advise senior leaders to drive inclusive leadership and culture change, with a focus on gender diversity and measurable outcomes.

Lead identification, assessment and remediation of technology risks across BAU and change. Provide clear risk positions, manage incidents end-to-end, run risk workshops, advise stakeholders, and partner with Line 2 Risk and Audit to uphold controls and regulatory requirements.

Analyze and integrate multi-source data to measure campaign performance and customer engagement. Perform data wrangling, cleansing and statistical analysis. Build dashboards and visualisations, present insights and recommendations to Product, Marketing and senior stakeholders to optimise communication strategy.

As a Privacy Compliance Manager, support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with privacy laws and internal frameworks, and oversee data protection practices across various banking sectors.

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and document distribution; scan, validate, file, archive and retrieve documents; process cheques and documentation; provide internal customer service; assist with WHS equipment coordination, recordkeeping and audits; identify process improvements to reduce risk and enhance service delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data products: gather and prioritize requirements, manage roadmaps and backlogs, coordinate stakeholders, oversee testing/UAT and production readiness, and drive adoption. Promote data governance, data quality, and modern architectures (Data Mesh) while working with engineers, architects, and analysts to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions for finance reporting and analytics.

Lead a team managing origination and execution of corporate and project finance loans, prepare credit approval packages and financial models, review legal documentation, ensure policy compliance, support deal structuring with relationship managers, and coach junior staff to deliver high-quality client experiences and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Work within data-led teams to analyze large customer, campaign, and digital datasets, build and optimize SQL queries and analytical tables, measure campaign and digital sales performance, deliver actionable insights and recommendations, and partner with stakeholders to influence customer experience and commercial outcomes.

The role involves analyzing customer feedback and research data to uncover insights, influence decisions, and improve customer experience within the banking sector.
