Drive cloud transformation, automation, CI/CD and IaC, optimize performance, manage incidents, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to deliver resilient, scalable database services.

Analyze digital sales funnels, customer journeys, and conversion performance; support A/B and multivariate testing; maintain tracking and measurement frameworks; identify application journey friction; and develop dashboards and insights that guide business decisions across digital, product, marketing, and analytics teams.

Assess complex commercial lending applications, annual reviews, maturities, and variations within delegated authority. Analyze financial information, securities, valuations, and documentation to determine creditworthiness; identify risks and structure suitable lending outcomes. Communicate decisions with brokers, customers, and stakeholders, escalate applications beyond authority, and support continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with credit policies, risk frameworks, and service standards.
