Process and settle treasury transactions (money markets, fixed income, derivatives), execute SWIFT payments, manage confirmations and term deposit settlements, support reconciliations, partner with treasury stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and system implementations to improve operational efficiency.

Support the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Act, APPs and GDPR. Provide privacy advice, manage data breaches, review PIAs and vendor arrangements, monitor controls, deliver training, and prepare leadership reporting to embed privacy-by-design across business units.

Analyze digital acquisition funnels, run A/B and multivariate tests, maintain tracking/tagging and measurement frameworks, identify friction in customer journeys, and develop dashboards and insights to improve conversion and inform stakeholders.
