Design and deliver resilient, scalable feature-level IT solutions in an agile, continuous delivery environment. Support senior stakeholders, create release plans, work with vendors/offshore partners, and own features end-to-end from design through go-live for ING Australia digital banking products.

Work within data-led teams to analyze large customer, campaign, and digital datasets, build and optimize SQL queries and analytical tables, measure campaign and digital sales performance, deliver actionable insights and recommendations, and partner with stakeholders to influence customer experience and commercial outcomes.
