Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. Researches accounts, identifies decision-makers, generates interest, understands customer needs, and maintains a prospect database. Requires strong communication, phone presence, objection resolution, time management, adaptability, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Manage executive stakeholders, conduct business reviews, negotiate contracts and pricing, forecast performance, identify customer needs, and coordinate with Customer Success teams. Build strategic relationships, support customer advocacy, monitor market trends, and ensure customer success outcomes and strong NPS results.
