Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. Manage executive stakeholders, conduct business reviews, negotiate contracts and pricing, forecast performance, identify customer needs, and coordinate with Customer Success teams. Build strategic relationships, support customer advocacy, monitor market trends, and ensure customer success outcomes and strong NPS results.

The Customer Success Manager will build client relationships, ensure technology adoption, and enhance service value while collaborating with teams to address customer needs and feedback.

The role involves becoming an expert in Insider One products, supporting sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and developing business growth opportunities with clients.
