Sell Intercom to small-business customers by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Evangelize product value, forecast revenue, partner with SEs, R&D and Marketing, and drive adoption through consultative selling and outbound outreach.

Drive new business growth in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment through full sales-cycle ownership: outbound prospecting, tailored demos, consultative value-based selling, forecasting, closing net-new deals, mentoring teammates, and advocating customer needs to Product and Marketing.

Generate enterprise pipeline via targeted outreach, cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Partner with AEs on account targeting, deliver tailored prospect experiences, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve pipeline processes.

Provide hands-on technical support and onboarding for customers integrating Fin: diagnose and debug complex issues, own customer communications to resolution, collaborate with product teams, build/support tools to improve team efficiency and product reliability.
