Coordinates People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS and employee records maintenance, benefits and leave administration, employee inquiries, recruitment support, reporting, and process improvement. Provides first-level technical support for employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Leads electrical design for Australian high-performance computing data centers, serving as the owner’s representative from concept through detailed engineering, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include developing electrical distribution designs, reviewing engineering deliverables, specifying equipment, managing technical queries, overseeing installation and testing, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and coordinating internal teams, external engineering firms, manufacturers, and construction partners.

Administer SAP across active projects, maintaining accurate purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor records, invoices, and project cost data. Support procure-to-pay processes, three-way matching, WBS and budget tracking, period-end activities, reconciliations, contract administration, audit evidence, and document management. The role requires hands-on SAP MM experience, strong numerical accuracy, and familiarity with construction, infrastructure, or capital project environments.

Monitors and reports on global operational performance using construction and operational data. Prepares periodic reports, reconciles updates from procurement and project teams, coordinates information sharing, supports construction timelines, and standardizes and automates reporting processes to improve accuracy and scalability across data center projects.

Designs, reviews, and delivers HV, MV, and LV electrical systems for large-scale data centers. Responsibilities include preparing technical designs and specifications, reviewing consultant and contractor deliverables, coordinating electrical interfaces, conducting site inspections, supporting FAT/SAT and commissioning, maintaining as-built documentation, managing technical risks, liaising with regulators and utilities, ensuring safety compliance, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead the design, validation, construction, commissioning, and operation of electrical infrastructure supporting Australian data centers. Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements; oversee high- and medium-voltage systems; perform electrical calculations and capacity assessments; troubleshoot events and lead root-cause analyses; improve reliability and utilization; manage technical documentation and spare parts; support projects, site operations, safety practices, and staff mentoring.

Monitor and report operational performance across global data center operations. Process, reconcile, and analyze construction and operational data; coordinate information between project delivery, procurement, and corporate teams; support construction timelines; and standardize or automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and scalability.

Lead IREN’s multidisciplinary Australian engineering function supporting large-scale data centre design, delivery, commissioning, and operations. Manage senior engineers across electrical, high voltage, mechanical, civil/structural, controls, asset management, and commissioning disciplines. Oversee technical governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, vendor and EPC relationships, FAT/SAT, energization, handover, asset lifecycle planning, and engineering standardization. Develop teams and partner with executives, construction, procurement, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Supports the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of mechanical cooling systems for HPC data centers. Reviews technical deliverables, performs HVAC, thermal, CFD, and airflow analyses, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports project planning, leads commissioning activities, monitors system performance, develops technical documentation, and coaches staff on mechanical and piping systems.

Leads mechanical engineering across hyperscale data center projects, serving as technical authority for cooling systems, equipment integration, water distribution, fire protection, and related infrastructure. Oversees design reviews, validation, standards, regulatory compliance, technical risk assessments, constructability, manufacturing interfaces, and stakeholder engagement. Manages and mentors mechanical engineering teams while coordinating with other disciplines and ensuring reliable, standardized, and compliant systems across projects and regions.

Maintain enterprise risk registers, profiles, dashboards, and reports; conduct control testing and assurance reviews; track incidents, remediation, and root-cause resolution; administer GRC systems; identify control gaps; and support risk maturity initiatives. The role partners with stakeholders and senior leadership across international operations to strengthen risk frameworks, governance, reporting, and decision-making while leveraging technology and AI to improve risk outcomes.

Performs Level 2 incident analysis across GPU clusters, networks, and facilities; tunes alerts, routing, dashboards, and monitoring; validates AIOps outputs; maintains reliability metrics and ITSM records; implements small automations; supports RCA workflows, shift handoffs, and operational reporting; and coaches junior analysts in a 24/7 IOC/NOC environment.
