Coordinates People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS and employee records maintenance, benefits and leave administration, employee inquiries, recruitment support, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of Australian employment standards.

Provides first-level technical support for employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Maintains servers, networks, cloud systems, enterprise applications, patches, backups, and documentation. Supports Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms; assists with security and compliance, IT projects, vendor coordination, and system deployments. Escalates complex issues and collaborates with senior IT staff to ensure reliable infrastructure and strong user satisfaction.

Leads electrical design for Australian high-performance computing data centers, serving as the owner’s representative from concept through detailed engineering, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include developing electrical distribution designs, reviewing engineering deliverables, specifying equipment, managing technical queries, overseeing installation and testing, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and coordinating internal teams, external engineering firms, manufacturers, and construction partners.
