Manage physical and digital records throughout their lifecycle, including appraisal, archiving, digitisation, destruction, audits, and quality assurance. Administer records in customer EDRMS platforms, perform Scan on Demand services, and ensure compliance with customer policies and NAA guidelines. The role requires meticulous auditing, strong ethics, and active Baseline security clearance while working across customer sites and offsite storage facilities.

Lead strategic sales and account growth across Australian Federal Government agencies. Own executive relationships, account strategy, prospecting, complex solution development, negotiations, forecasting, and full-cycle deal closure. Drive revenue growth, retention, and adoption of Iron Mountain’s digital transformation, information governance, and enterprise solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams and navigating public-sector procurement frameworks.
