Provides first-line IT support through phone, email, chat, and self-service channels. Logs and prioritizes incidents in an ITSM system, troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues, and escalates complex problems to specialist teams. Maintains documentation and IT inventory while delivering patient, customer-focused assistance to non-technical users.

Plans, coordinates, and executes manual software testing across business platforms. Develops test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases; reviews requirements; manages testing sprints in Jira; performs functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, data validation, and exploratory testing; investigates defects; maintains traceability; supports release readiness and go-live activities; and improves testing processes and documentation.

Provides high-volume transactional updates to master data across business applications, processes sales contract changes, maintains data accuracy, and supports internal users through helpdesk requests. Acts as a business-system super-user, assists with issue resolution, follows business rules, and participates in system testing, bug fixes, and regression testing. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, data-processing knowledge, and intermediate Excel skills.
