Leads the Legal, Advocacy and Governance function across Australia and New Zealand, advising executive leadership on strategy, growth, transformation, risk, compliance, governance, litigation, regulatory matters, commercial agreements, and cross-border issues. The role manages external counsel, budgets, investigations, and legal resources while supporting sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, technology, and organizational change initiatives.

Partners with Australian business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, investigations, workers’ compensation, learning and development, engagement, talent management, wellbeing, compliance, and organisational change. Acts as a trusted HR advisor, coaching stakeholders, improving processes, supporting HR projects, and driving practical people strategies aligned with business performance.
