Own month-end processes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets and forecasts, GST reporting, IFRS rent smoothing, tenant reconciliations, and audits. Lead finance training, mentor team members, transition properties, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with trust and property accounting policies.

Lead technology delivery and support across a portfolio of customer accounts, orchestrating multi-technology implementations, ensuring SLA and financial targets, driving account growth, authoring SOWs, managing cross-functional teams, resolving delivery escalations, and aligning tech roadmaps to business objectives within corporate real estate.

Lead lease negotiations, acquisitions and divestments across a national property portfolio. Manage 35–40 transactions yearly, deliver cost reductions, prepare business cases, oversee transaction lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships while using TM Essentials and other platforms to drive efficiencies.
