Serve as the primary on-site ambassador for Ripplers and guests, managing workplace experience, vendor coordination, basic facilities tasks, room bookings, event support, onboarding/offboarding, light IT/AV first-line support, and internal communications (weekly updates and monthly newsletter). Maintain a welcoming, well-presented workspace and liaise with building management to resolve facilities issues.

Supports workplace operations at an onsite client location, including reception, mailroom, facilities, janitorial services, workplace programming, vendor coordination, work order management, internal customer support, events, procurement, supplies, documentation, and office cleanliness. The role collaborates with property management and cross-functional teams while proactively resolving issues, managing changing priorities, and supporting workplace projects.

Develop and execute marketing plans, budgets, digital campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional activities for premium retail assets. Collaborate with retailers and stakeholders to increase foot traffic, sales, and asset value. Manage website content, signage, branding, campaign performance, KPI reporting, financial analysis, and repositioning initiatives while demonstrating marketing return on investment.
