Manage tenant relationships and concierge services, plan and deliver engagement events, oversee property presentation and cleaning standards, manage budgets, vendor invoicing and purchase orders, support the General Manager, and lead front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional tenant experiences.

Lead lease negotiations, acquisitions and divestments across a national property portfolio. Manage 35–40 transactions yearly, deliver cost reductions, prepare business cases, oversee transaction lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships while using TM Essentials and other platforms to drive efficiencies.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial and lease administration, reconciliations, reporting and tenant billing. Support budgeting, audits, tenant recoveries, arrears management, and general office/administrative tasks to ensure efficient property management operations.
