Lead end-to-end deployment of modular data centre infrastructure projects, from planning and site readiness through installation, commissioning, performance testing and customer handover. Manage contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, civil, controls and IT scopes. Own safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, commercial performance and risk mitigation while coordinating stakeholders and mentoring project teams. Support Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation and continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Drive revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand by managing strategic retail technology accounts, developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and building channel partnerships. The role includes enterprise solution selling, executive stakeholder engagement, complex negotiations, pipeline forecasting, Salesforce management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Provides day-to-day ANZ payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments, statutory compliance, reconciliations, employee record maintenance, and resolution of payroll queries. Maintains payroll documentation, supports month- and year-end processing, manages vendor relationships, and assists with payroll system migrations. The role also requires monitoring regulatory changes and safeguarding confidential employee information.
