Lead APAC and China physical security strategy and operations for DePuy Synthes, managing risk, crisis response, investigations, executive protection, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross‑functional partnerships to protect people, assets, products, and information during business transformation.

Owns end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash collections and dispute management for ANZ markets. Manages complex, high-value customer portfolios, drives cash outcomes through risk-based collections strategies, maintains compliance and operational excellence, and partners cross-functionally to resolve disputes and improve enterprise alignment.
