Manage and develop a team, chair the Contracts & Pricing Committee, embed deal lifecycle processes, ensure compliance (SOX), and drive data-driven pricing and commercial strategies to capture revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, video and advertising. Maintain and deploy digital assets and the ANZ website, track performance, create internal communications and event materials, and act as brand custodian providing guidance, training and best-practice support.

Lead regional technology strategy and product portfolio for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular, operationalize AI/ML and GenAI, modernize platforms, ensure compliance and cybersecurity, manage budgets and stakeholders, and build and coach a high‑performing product, engineering, and data organization to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead sponsor-site interactions and manage clinical trial site activities from pre-trial assessment through close-out. Ensure protocol adherence, GCP and regulatory compliance, SOP execution, issue resolution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across assigned oncology, ID/vaccine, immunology, CVD, and neuroscience studies.

Responsible for managing site operations in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining communication with investigative sites. Requires strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

The role involves providing expert procedural support, training associates, collaborating with clinical professionals, promoting product adoption, and troubleshooting product issues in Electrophysiology.
