Responsibilities include quality strategy, QMS execution, CAPA, risk management, audits, post-market surveillance, complaint and adverse-event handling, recalls, supplier and distribution oversight, regulatory engagement, and continuous improvement. The role partners with business, supply chain, regulatory, and external stakeholders while managing, coaching, and developing the Commercial Quality team.

Lead contract strategies and execution for strategic Electrophysiology agreements across Australia and New Zealand. Activate and optimize contracts, identify commercial opportunities, monitor performance and risks, and translate contractual commitments into actions for Sales and Marketing. Partner with Finance, Corporate Accounts, leadership, and field teams to drive sustainable growth, improve financial outcomes, and shape future account and business strategies. The role requires healthcare or MedTech experience, strategic sales expertise, strong commercial acumen, and approximately 30% domestic travel.
