Oversees selected senior and specialist recruitment, talent intelligence, sourcing, assessment, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment data analysis. Builds proactive talent pipelines, coaches hiring managers, ensures compliant recruitment practices, and drives regional projects improving recruitment effectiveness and technology adoption.

Manage Johnson & Johnson Vision’s ecommerce key accounts across Australia and New Zealand. Lead customer partnerships, joint planning, contract negotiation, pricing, promotions, channel policies, forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance. Drive ACUVUE availability, online visibility, market share, wearer retention, and replenishment. Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure local supply and execute growth initiatives.

Leads OCNIS and inventory finance processes for the ANZ DePuy Synthes business. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting versus actuals analysis, inventory reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial risk identification, SOX compliance, audit support, cross-charge review, and scenario analysis. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Tax, and Treasury teams while supporting continuous improvement and financial reporting under US GAAP.
