JunkRabbit is a tech-forward, AI-enabled junk removal marketplace. We are building the Uber for junk removal. Same model, same efficiency, applied to a different category. Instead of matching riders with drivers, we match customers with vetted independent haulers. Customers book same-day service online or by phone, get transparent upfront pricing, and are matched with a hauler in their area. We do not own trucks or employ crews. The haulers do the work. We build the software, generate the demand, set the pricing, and own the customer experience. Behind the booking sits AI-powered call intake, a dynamic pricing engine built on a structured item catalog, automated partner payouts, and real-time supply matching. Junk removal in the United States is a $10.5 billion industry that still runs on phone calls. Over 60 percent of operators have fewer than five employees, quoting is manual, and pricing is opaque. There is no dominant national player and no modern technology layer. We are building it. We launched six months ago and have already reached millions in annualized run rate. We are now expanding into San Francisco, Miami, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Raleigh.
