Designs automated intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions from customer engagement through contract award and implementation handover. Analyzes operational data, develops material-flow concepts, sizes and configures AutoStore systems, creates layouts and equipment specifications, and defines WMS/WCS/WES integration requirements. The role presents technical proposals to customers, coordinates internal teams and suppliers, develops standard solutions, and supports sales and implementation activities across the APAC region.

Lead software requirements, specification and implementation for AutoStore/WMS/WES projects. Run customer workshops, act as single IT contact, coordinate development teams and 3rd parties, support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support. Travel to sites ~20–30%.

The Sales Manager will manage proposals and sales for AutoStore projects in ANZ, build customer relationships, and lead project negotiations.
