Leads multidisciplinary teams delivering major rail and transport infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Owns scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction. Manages project execution plans, governance, interfaces, stakeholders, consultants and delivery risks. Provides team leadership, mentoring and strategic guidance while supporting client relationships, business development, bids and proposals across NSW and national markets.

Supports commercial strategy and contract administration for major government, defence, infrastructure, and engineering projects. Responsibilities include managing claims, variations, delays, subcontract execution, contractual notices, estimates, cost tracking, financial performance, risk mitigation, negotiations, and commercial compliance. The role collaborates with project, legal, procurement, and subcontract teams while contributing to change management, training, procedures, and continuous improvement.

Provides electrical platform systems engineering expertise for Defence sustainment programs. Responsibilities include requirements development, engineering change and configuration management, systems safety, certification, design reviews, verification and validation, technical risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports Navy seaworthiness requirements, reviews subcontracted engineering deliverables, leads field-service activities, and provides technical recommendations to the Principal Engineer. A minimum of five years’ experience, professional engineering registration, and active Australian NV1 security clearance are required.
