Lead the creation and delivery of an enterprise innovation and transformation program for a major infrastructure client. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, change management, maturity assessments, transformation planning, pilot design and evaluation, Lean improvement, benefits realization, risk and budget management, and transition to business-as-usual. The role also oversees specialist consultants and subject matter experts while ensuring transformation initiatives deliver measurable value.
