Lead Kevel’s product design strategy and practice while remaining hands-on in delivering user-centered B2B SaaS experiences. Establish design standards, research and critique practices, UX metrics, accessibility guidelines, design systems, and operational processes. Partner with executive, product, engineering, and commercial teams; mentor and hire designers; manage design tools and vendors; and guide end-to-end discovery, prototyping, interaction design, and engineering handoff across complex product surfaces.
