Develops strategic customer relationships and manages key accounts for mobile automation, lifecycle services, technical sales, and AGV solutions. Lead delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling system projects across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Own the project lifecycle from contract review through commissioning and handover, manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, risk/change, FAT/SAT and client acceptance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex AMHS/MHS solutions.

Lead enterprise vulnerability management and internal penetration testing across infrastructure, web, API and cloud environments. Architect and operate scanning infrastructure and automation, develop security tooling and integrations, prioritize remediation with risk context, and evaluate AI-driven approaches to enhance detection and assessment. Contribute to process and policy improvements and participate in global Cyber Defense Centre activities.

Lead global incident response and vulnerability analysis; deploy and configure SIEM and SOAR; perform forensic triage and threat hunting; develop automated playbooks and ML-based detection use cases; integrate cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP); evaluate log correlations and advise on information security, risk, and privacy across the organisation.

Lead delivery of complex warehouse automation and material handling system projects across ANZ, owning project lifecycle from contract review to commissioning, managing schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, subcontractors, testing, and client relationships.

Lead systems engineering for automated warehouse projects: define and manage technical baselines, write system/subsystem specifications, coordinate multi-discipline commissioning tests, ensure customer satisfaction, engage stakeholders, promote standards, safety and risk management, and support on-site local and international deployments.

Provide technical support and engineering expertise for automated material handling systems including system diagnostics, PLC programming and SCADA configuration, commissioning, on-call support, testing, documentation, customer training, quoting, and occasional interstate/overseas work.

Generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts across NSW and VIC. Build relationships with decision-makers, develop proposals, maintain CRM records, support sales growth with managers, represent the company at events, and report sales activity.
