Provide front-of-house reception and administrative support for a head office: manage calls, visitor sign-ins, mail/couriers, records, meetings and catering, process forms and invoices, support facilities and contact centre tasks, and use business/ERP systems to maintain office operations and stakeholder relationships during a 6-month fixed-term role.

This role involves supporting and developing software for AGV systems, working closely with senior engineers, and resolving customer issues, requiring strong communication skills.

Lead delivery of large-scale warehouse automation and material handling system projects across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Own the project lifecycle from contract review through commissioning and handover, manage schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, risk/change, FAT/SAT and client acceptance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex AMHS/MHS solutions.
