Own and grow Klaviyo’s Program Partner portfolio across the Commercial segment. Drive partner activation, sourced pipeline, revenue, enablement, co-selling, community engagement, and demand generation at scale. Use partner health data, Salesforce, Tableau, AI, and automation to segment partners, identify opportunities, prevent inactivity, and improve performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, enablement, and operations teams to create repeatable partner growth motions.

Lead Klaviyo’s APJ Customer Success organization, overseeing retention, adoption, expansion, advocacy, and customer experience. Manage multiple teams and managers, establish regional strategy and metrics, develop talent, handle escalations, and build executive customer relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Services to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Use data and AI tools to guide renewal and expansion strategies and represent Klaviyo at industry events.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, pipeline management, negotiation, and close. Build long-term territory strategies, manage strategic accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor Account Executives, and use data, AI, and sales tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
