Lead performance improvement engagements involving strategic review, operational improvement, financial analysis, transformation, and implementation. Provides administrative and office support in a busy Sydney professional-services office. Responsibilities include document preparation, meeting and event coordination, travel and expense support, supplier liaison, workstation setup, reception coverage, meeting-room preparation, incoming calls, and maintaining shared office spaces and supplies.

Advise clients on restructuring and insolvency matters, lead multiple workstreams, mentor junior staff, analyse financials and develop actionable recommendations, and implement solutions including asset sales, capital reorganisations or trading businesses to preserve value.

Lead and deliver complex energy advisory engagements: build senior client relationships, shape business development, frame and solve commercial/regulatory/technical problems, own deliverables, and coach junior staff.

Lead and deliver restructuring and turnaround engagements: design strategies, manage multiple workstreams, conduct financial analysis and scenario modelling, advise on distressed asset sales and capital restructuring, drive business development, and coach junior team members while ensuring commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.
