Lead and deliver performance improvement engagements: analyse financial and operational data, develop commercial recommendations, design and implement sustainable solutions, engage senior stakeholders, coach teams, and support business development across diverse sectors.

Produce and edit client‑facing marketing and business development collateral (brochures, flyers, capability statements). Translate complex subject matter into clear copy, manage stakeholder reviews and tight print/production deadlines, collaborate with design, and support proposal drafting and administrative tasks during high-demand periods.

Lead and deliver restructuring and turnaround engagements: design strategies, manage multiple workstreams, conduct financial analysis and scenario modelling, advise on distressed asset sales and capital restructuring, drive business development, and coach junior team members while ensuring commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Lead and deliver complex restructuring and turnaround engagements: assess financial and operational performance, design and implement restructuring strategies (asset sales, capital restructurings, refinancing), drive business development, mentor teams, and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership across diverse industries.
