Lead delivery of complex valuation engagements including independent expert reports and portfolio valuations, advise clients, drive business development, collaborate globally, and mentor a valuation team to ensure high-quality technical outputs.

Provide commercial legal advice and support to Kroll's Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory businesses across APAC. Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, maintain precedents and processes, manage outside counsel, conduct legal research, deliver training, and build strong relationships with regional business teams.
