Lead large-scale network infrastructure refresh and modernization projects from proposal through migration completion. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, resources, customers, vendors, and technical teams. Oversee network refreshes, site rollouts, and cloud connectivity initiatives while facilitating reviews, reporting progress, managing escalations, and driving post-project improvements. The role requires Japanese customer communication and favors experience with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud environments, and global teams.

Own strategic and portfolio customer accounts, including account P&L, relationship management, end-to-end sales, revenue growth, profitability, renewals, and customer satisfaction. Develop account strategies, identify and qualify opportunities, expand existing services, build partner go-to-market pipelines, close new business, and collaborate with sales teams. Maintain executive relationships, ensure account compliance, and apply industry and technology insights to deliver tailored solutions.

Manage a major enterprise account in Japan by building trusted relationships, identifying and developing IT services opportunities, creating account plans, leading proposals, coordinating internal specialists, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term account expansion.
