Leads large-scale network infrastructure refresh and modernization projects from proposal through migration completion. Manages project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, resources, vendors, customers, and technical teams. Oversees network refreshes, site rollouts, and cloud connectivity initiatives while facilitating reviews, reporting progress, and driving continuous improvement. Requires strong communication and leadership skills, network infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to communicate with customers and prepare documentation in Japanese.

Leads technical pre-sales activities by translating customer business and technical requirements into differentiated technology solutions. Develops demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, presentations, and winning proposals while coordinating pre-sales quality and compliance. Partners with consultants, customers, sales teams, delivery stakeholders, and alliance partners to create cross-practice solutions and profitable deals. Requires deep domain expertise, consultative selling experience, technical certifications, and strong customer-facing communication skills.

Leads end-to-end cybersecurity investigations, from alert triage through containment, remediation, and recovery. Conducts incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics, security investigations, and detection engineering across complex enterprise environments. Uses SIEM, endpoint detection, security telemetry, threat intelligence, and investigative techniques to identify and respond to cyber threats. Develops and tunes detections, writes security queries, and collaborates with cybersecurity teams to strengthen defensive capabilities.
