Designs and facilitates classroom, virtual, and blended experiences; oversees onboarding and integration; partners with leaders, HR, vendors, and SMEs; administers learning operations, LMS activities, records, budgets, and governance; and uses learning data and feedback to improve employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and time-to-productivity.

Plans and manages production schedules, capacity, labor loading, material availability, and inventory levels across the manufacturing cycle. Coordinates with procurement, production, logistics, engineering, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Adjusts schedules for design changes, shortages, backlogs, and other disruptions. Analyzes production data, monitors performance, and prepares status reports to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, and support roles in Malaysia. Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, campus recruiting, talent-market analysis, KPI reporting, compliance, immigration support, vendor management, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements. The role partners with hiring managers, HR business partners, centers of excellence, and business stakeholders while supporting a 12-month fixed-term contract.
