Administers, secures, monitors, patches, troubleshoots, and supports operational technology systems used in manufacturing and cleanroom environments. Responsibilities include Windows and infrastructure administration, cybersecurity remediation, asset lifecycle management, incident response, system deployment, documentation, governance, and continuous reliability improvements. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Security, vendors, and global OT teams, including onsite and after-hours support for production-critical incidents.

Partners with manufacturing, operations, and engineering leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation cycles, compliance, and change initiatives. Provides data-driven people insights, coaches leaders, supports site growth, and ensures HR practices comply with Malaysian labor law and global standards.

Leads site learning and development strategy, diagnosing capability needs and managing learning portfolios from design through delivery and evaluation. Designs and facilitates classroom, virtual, and blended experiences; oversees onboarding and integration; partners with leaders, HR, vendors, and SMEs; administers learning operations, LMS activities, records, budgets, and governance; and uses learning data and feedback to improve employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and time-to-productivity.
