Demonstrate features, improve product adoption, monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, support retention and expansion, maintain Salesforce records, gather feedback, and represent the company at client and industry events. The role requires strong relationship management, presentations, negotiation, and willingness to travel within Australia.

Provides third-level technical support for LEAP Legal Software, troubleshooting live client environments, investigating incidents, prioritizing escalations, and coordinating with helpdesk, development, and third-party teams. The role also supports release testing, identifies helpdesk trends, communicates incident updates, and guides regional second-level support teams.

Designs and maintains backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, event-driven solutions, and React applications. The role emphasizes C# and .NET backend development, with frontend work in React, automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, scalable architecture, and independent technical research. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to deliver maintainable legal technology products and contributes to improving engineering practices, tooling, and standards.

Build full-stack features, APIs, backend services, and frontend experiences for an AI legal risk management platform. Develop and structure risk insights delivered through MCP, integrate with LEAP’s AI ecosystem, and prototype LLM-powered capabilities. Contribute to architecture, reliability, observability, performance, and end-to-end feature delivery while collaborating closely with a startup-style team.

Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for legal practice management software. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, run user research/testing, contribute to the design system, and own features from discovery to delivery.

Build and maintain full-stack features across a .NET/C# backend and React frontend. Design and consume RESTful APIs, write efficient SQL, implement automated tests, participate in code reviews, debug full-stack issues, and collaborate with product and design to deliver maintainable, production-ready software.
