Develop and structure risk insights delivered through MCP, integrate with LEAP’s AI ecosystem, and prototype LLM-powered capabilities. Contribute to architecture, reliability, observability, performance, and end-to-end feature delivery while collaborating closely with a startup-style team.

Build and maintain full-stack software for legal practice management applications. Responsibilities include developing responsive front-end applications with JavaScript or TypeScript, building C#/.NET backend services and APIs, integrating LLMs and emerging AI tools, collaborating on cloud deployments, contributing to architecture, writing tests, fixing bugs, and participating in agile delivery.

Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for legal practice management software. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, run user research/testing, contribute to the design system, and own features from discovery to delivery.

Own quality across the software lifecycle by shifting testing left, writing and maintaining automated and exploratory tests, validating integrations and backend data, improving CI/CD testing, participating in PR reviews, tracking QA work and defects in JIRA, and removing delivery friction to enable continuous, reliable shipping.

Create, update and test automated legal forms and precedents for property law; research legislation, maintain compliance, implement JavaScript enhancements, respond to client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve LEAP matter types.

Build and maintain full-stack features across a .NET/C# backend and React frontend. Design and consume RESTful APIs, write efficient SQL, implement automated tests, participate in code reviews, debug full-stack issues, and collaborate with product and design to deliver maintainable, production-ready software.
