Hunters-focused enterprise Account Executive selling LEAP Enterprise (practice management + Efimis GL/trust accounting) to large AU/NZ law firms. Responsibilities include prospecting and pipeline generation, consultative discovery, tailored demos with Solutions Engineer, building ROI/business cases, negotiating multi-stakeholder contracts, managing long sales cycles, CRM-based forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinating handover to implementation to ensure adoption.

Build and own LEAP AUs performance marketing function: manage paid media, design full-funnel acquisition and retention strategies, run A/B tests and experiments, develop ABM and nurture journeys with sales, optimise customer lifecycle, report growth metrics, and collaborate across product, web, design and global marketing while applying AI where useful.

Lead vertical product marketing across six legal practice areas: craft positioning, run go-to-market launches for new apps/features, produce content (blogs, guides, case studies), support events/webinars/social, enable sales with collateral, and measure engagement and adoption. Work closely with vertical legal leads, AU marketing, and use Storyblok, Salesforce, and AI tools.

Own GTM launch readiness and execution for LEAP CRM across new legal verticals and regions. Bridge CRM team with sales, support, and PMs; write documentation and enablement materials; run structured UAT; coordinate vertical discovery; manage internal communications and demos.

First-line support for Practice Evolve accounting features: triage and resolve trust and office accounting issues, guide clients through month-end, reconciliations, billing and reporting, maintain tickets and knowledge base, and escalate complex issues to product and development teams.

Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for legal practice management software. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, run user research/testing, contribute to the design system, and own features from discovery to delivery.

Write clear, accessible product content for LEAP's legal SaaS across web, desktop and mobile. Collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers to simplify complex legal and technical information, support usability testing, maintain content standards and contribute to the design system and AI-assisted experiences.

Join the LEAP Dev team to build and maintain Tauri (Rust) layers for desktop applications, integrate with Angular, optimize performance, and mentor peers.

The Junior GRC Analyst will support governance, risk, and compliance activities, including audits, documentation, and compliance reporting, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Own quality across the software lifecycle by shifting testing left, writing and maintaining automated and exploratory tests, validating integrations and backend data, improving CI/CD testing, participating in PR reviews, tracking QA work and defects in JIRA, and removing delivery friction to enable continuous, reliable shipping.
