Own LEAP’s global learning and development strategy, roadmap, budget, and delivery. Build manager development, onboarding, compliance, product training, and core capability programs; implement and manage a centralized LMS; facilitate learning and coach leaders; partner with executives, People and Culture, internal experts, and external providers; and measure program participation and effectiveness.

Create, update, automate, proofread, and test employment law forms and precedents. Research official forms and procedural requirements, apply legislative updates, use Microsoft Word and automation tools, investigate document issues, incorporate client feedback, and collaborate with legal specialists and internal teams. The role includes training in JavaScript and LEAP’s document automation tools.

Lead People & Culture partnering across Australia and New Zealand, coaching P&C Partners and owning the employee lifecycle. Manage performance, remuneration, engagement, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, policies, compliance, talent reviews, succession planning, and people reporting. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee matters while improving processes, quality, and team capability in a fast-moving technology business.
