Supports trade mark lawyers and clients by conducting searches, preparing and filing applications, managing portfolios and deadlines, coordinating maintenance requirements, assisting with evidence of use projects, and filing documentation with IP Australia, IPONZ, and WIPO. The role requires client communication, organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid legal environment.

Provides commercial legal advice to enterprise clients, drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on governance, regulatory compliance, consumer and privacy law, and manages multiple matters. The role also builds client relationships, supports business development, and supervises junior lawyers and graduates.

Provide corporate advisory legal services to SMEs, startups, and venture capital firms across M&A, capital raisings, debt financing, and financial regulatory matters. Manage transactions end-to-end, prepare cap tables and transaction documents, negotiate share purchase agreements, advise clients commercially, manage competing workflows, and build trusted client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
